- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat half the oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook the onion, stirring, for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft.
- Add the garlic and paprika and cook for 30 seconds or until aromatic. Add the prawns and cook for 5-10 minutes until the prawns have changed colour. Stir in tomato and thyme. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook, stirring often, for 10-15. Mix in the cooked pasta.
- Divide among bowls and top with fresh basil and parmesan.
