Apple & Cheddar Cheese Pie

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly; set aside.
  3. Toss together 6 thinly sliced apples and lemon juice.
  4. Mix together grated cheddar cheese, 4 teaspoons flour, and 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg; toss with the apples.
  5. Arrange in a 9″ unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle on the brown sugar topping and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
