- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic; sauté for 1 minute. Add the salt and spinach; sauté for 3 minutes or until the spinach wilts. Place the spinach mixture in a colander, pressing until the mixture is barely moist.
- Place the spinach mixture, basil, cream cheese, and pepper in a food processor; process until smooth. Spoon spinach mixture into a medium bowl. Add the yogurt and Parmesan; stir to combine. Chill and serve with crackers or bread.
