- Puree all sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Season chicken breasts with seasoning. Cook in a large pan over medium heat 5-6 minutes on each side until cooked through. Cut into strips.
- Lay pitas or baguettes on a clean surface. Add lettuce, cabbage, rocket, tomatoes and chillies if desired. Top with a dollop of tzatziki and serve.
