Greek Yoghurt Banana Bread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan – roughly 21.5 cm x 11.5cm.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla, honey, butter, eggs, bananas and yoghurt, in a large bowl, mixing well.
  3. Pour this mixture into the loaf pan. Bake at 180°C for 55 minutes or until a skewer or knitting needle inserted in centre comes out clean.
  4. Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack, then remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
