Grilled Calamari Salad

A delicious calamari recipe to delight and impress.


  1. Combine the lemon zest, cumin, salt, garlic and olive oil and rub into the calamari and let marinate for a minimum of two hours in the fridge.
  2. Heat your grill on high. Remove the calamari from the marinade and grill for two minutes on each side.
  3. Take the calamari off the hot grill and serve on a plate with a sprinkling of salt, fresh lemon juice and the freshly chopped coriander. Garnish with thinly sliced lemon wedges.
