A delicious calamari recipe to delight and impress.
- Combine the lemon zest, cumin, salt, garlic and olive oil and rub into the calamari and let marinate for a minimum of two hours in the fridge.
- Heat your grill on high. Remove the calamari from the marinade and grill for two minutes on each side.
- Take the calamari off the hot grill and serve on a plate with a sprinkling of salt, fresh lemon juice and the freshly chopped coriander. Garnish with thinly sliced lemon wedges.
