Penne Pasta with Four Cheeses


  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes.
  2. In a large non-stick pan, melt all the cheeses and mix them with the milk. Add the cream and stir well. Season to taste.
  3. Toss the pasta with the cheese sauce, stir thoroughly. Serve hot.
