Prosciutto, Pear & Blue Cheese Salad


  1. Combine the vinegar, mustard and oil in a small jug. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the pear, prosciutto and spinach and half the dressing in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
  3. Divide the salad mixture among serving plates. Sprinkle with the blue cheese and drizzle over the remaining dressing to serve.
