Smoked Salmon Crostini



  1. Preheat oven to a low heat.
  2. Slice the baguette into round pieces and brush with oil.
  3. Put in the oven for around 10 mins until crisp and golden.
  4. Beat together the crème fraiche, horseradish and honey.
  5. Spoon mixture onto the baguette slices (which are now crostini), and top with smoked salmon, slice of lemon and a sprig of dill.
