Smoked Salmon, Dill & Lemon Paté



  1. Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Blend the soft cheese and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Season with black pepper. Add the smoked salmon and blend for a few seconds so paté it still chunky. If you like your paté smooth, blend more.
  3. Stir dill into paté. Serve.
