Smoked Salmon Salad
Directions
Combine the dressing ingredients, season well and set aside in the fridge until needed.
Divide the cabbage, salad greens, olives and chilli among four plates. Top with the salmon and a wedge of lemon. Serve drizzled with the dressing.
