Tilapia Matanzas


  1. Add Lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, and salt to softened butter and whip smooth. Place aside. Add oil to a frying pan and bring to medium-high heat.
  2. Dip each Tilapia fillet in egg and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  3. Place Tilapia on plate and top with 1 oz. Crabmeat.
  4. Finish with a dollop of lemon butter sauce.
  5. Place under grill for 1 minute.
